It began when we noticed that all across Tahoe, so many residences have the same view – trapped behind trees. So we envisioned a new concept:
What if we took a luxury resort and moved it up the mountain, up above the tree line? From there, The Peak was born.
From its inception to its imminent completion, every step in the development of The Peak reflects our dedication to creating an exclusive collection of residences that blend timeless elegance with modern innovation. We have sourced the finest materials and employed skilled artisans to ensure that every detail, from the grand facades to the intricate interiors, meet our high standards of excellence.
The first showcase residence is now complete, offering a first look at the exceptional craftsmanship and finish quality that define The Peak. Exterior siding, paint, stonework, and the roof snow-melt system are fully installed, and MEP systems are substantially complete. Drywall and sheetrock work are nearing completion across all floors, with interior finishes, cabinetry, and tile installation soon to follow as the project moves into its final stage toward completion.
Conceptualization, securing permits, breaking ground, laying foundation, work on framing and roof.
Finishing exteriors, beginning interiors, securing approval for garage and pool area, opening reservations.
Rigorous quality checks, final touches, integration of state-of-the-art amenities.
